I remember thinking that he just seemed so nice and genuine and sweet... and I was right! He is all those things! That was such a perfect beginning for us...

Our First Date (Remembered)
One of our first dates together was in February (2009) but it was so nice out that we planned to ride our bikes on the seawall. So I gathered up some goodies in my basket and made him a card (decorated with a construction paper cut out bicycle), and off we went on our very first real date!
It was chilly, but we cuddled under a blanket on these bench/chairs near the Athlete's Village and sipped our drinks and looked at the city.
